The terms that apply to bookings, refill orders, certificates and use of this website.

These terms apply when you use this website, book a technician or order a refill from LP Gas Technicians ("we", "us", "our").
1. Bookings and orders
A booking or refill order sent through this website is a request. It is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the date, time and price.
2. Quotes and payment
- We give you a price before work starts. If we find extra work on site, we ask you before we do it.
- Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refill and cylinder prices may change with supplier prices. We confirm the price when you order.
3. Access and safety
- Please give our technician safe access to the work area and the cylinder position.
- We may refuse or stop work if an installation is unsafe, and we will explain what must be fixed.
4. Certificates of Conformity
A certificate is issued only when an installation passes inspection and testing. It applies to the installation as it was on the day of inspection. Later changes by others are not covered.
5. Cylinders
Cylinders must be used, stored and transported according to the safety instructions we give you. Exchanged cylinders become the property of the party that supplies the full cylinder.
6. Cancellations
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or move a booking.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for damage caused by appliances or installations we did not supply or work on.
8. Website content
The information on this website is general. It does not replace an on-site assessment by a qualified technician.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
