- Details you send through the booking and refill forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, suburb, address and job details.
- Information we need to issue a Certificate of Conformity, such as the property address and installation details.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the website.
2. How we use it
- To confirm bookings and refill orders and to quote.
- To travel to your address and complete the work.
- To issue certificates and keep the records the law requires.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.
3. The booking forms and WhatsApp
The forms on this website do not store your details on the website. When you tap send, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to those messages.
4. Sharing
We share your information only where it is needed to do the job (for example with a certificate authority), with service providers who support our business under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the service or as the law requires.

7. Cookies
This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Fonts and images load from third-party services, which may receive your device's IP address.
